How do I choose which connection method to use?
Pick the method that matches your broadband β€” see the highlighted cells above. Any recommended region is fast enough (Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia). The router is the ultimate solution β€” all devices supported (premium accounts only).

Can I access Netflix, YouTube, ChatGPT, and other overseas sites?
Yes. After connecting, you can access overseas websites. For streaming, try servers in the United States, Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Canada, or Australia. If a service detects a proxy, try another region.
What is the difference between premium and standard accounts? How long is the free trial?
Premium accounts cost twice as much as standard accounts ($14/month vs. $7/month), offer better routes, and are required for router access. Standard accounts can request a 24-hour trial after registration; premium accounts receive 12 hours.
How many devices can use one account at the same time?
Five, the same on every plan. Beyond that, a new connection is refused β€” disconnect one device and reconnect.
Do you offer refunds? What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available on a prorated basis: used time is deducted and the remaining balance is returned. Contact support to calculate and process the refund.
What should I do if the router management page will not open?
Your browser may have changed the address to HTTPS while the router only listens on HTTP. Type the address manually with http:// at the beginning.
Which remote-control software should I use for remote assistance?
We suggest RustDesk (rustdesk.com): AGPL-3.0 open source so the code can be audited, the client is a single file that needs no installation, and you decide when a session starts and ends. One thing to be clear about first: the code-signing certificate for the free RustDesk build was revoked by its certificate authority in December 2025. Windows therefore warns that the publisher "could not be verified to a trusted root certification authority", some antivirus products flag it, and on macOS you have to allow it manually under System Settings β†’ Privacy & Security. That does not mean the software itself is compromised, but it is exactly why the installer must come from the official site only. Our guide on antivirus false positives walks through the same steps. The two common commercial alternatives are TeamViewer (teamviewer.com) and AnyDesk (anydesk.com); their code signatures are valid so none of the above warnings appear, and they are free for personal use but require a licence for commercial use. All three run on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Finally, remember that our support staff will never ask you out of the blue to install remote-control software or hand over a connection code β€” verify any such request in our official group first.
